I have always enjoyed sports, but knee pain, combined with a lazy lifestyle meant that I had steadily put on weight and become quite unfit.
As I am self-employed, I decided to travel to Berlin to follow a 5-week programme with Tim, who came very highly recommended.
We started with a physical assessment to see where I was at, and what my goals were. I then followed a programme of 2-3 sessions per week, starting with a lot of mobility, posture, and core exercises, before gradually building up to strength training.
I was very impressed right from the start, Tim’s enthusiasm is infectious, and he has the ability to make you want to push yourself! But what I really appreciated about Tim is that he is very knowledgeable and regularly explained why we would be doing certain exercises. He made me feel very comfortable while being in the slightly vulnerable position of self-improvement, and for the first time I felt I could push myself without risking injury, even working towards preventing it! All while having plenty of fun!
I cannot recommend him enough!
I only wish I lived closer to Berlin!
