Ego development through constellation work

Inner healing through uncovering physical psychotraumas through ego development.

"This creates space for the traumatized parts that express themselves through feelings and physical sensations to express what trauma has happened."

(Prof. Franz Ruppert)

Looking at the solution -

For inner clarification and healing order.

Over the years, constellation work has developed far beyond the constellation of pure family structures and has expanded to include other systems and structures.

A wide range of issues can be dealt with in a solution-oriented manner, e.g. family, physical, emotional or professional issues. A wide range of experiences show that inner clarification and solutions can be experienced - both through encountering one's own concerns and through resonating with aspects of other concerns.

In phases of upheaval, such as career changes, illnesses, decision-making inhibitions, phases of excessive demands or separation, constellation work provides valuable impulses.

Correctly arranged and combined with bodywork, acupressure and reflection coaching after the constellations, it is a profound opportunity to reactivate one's own self-healing powers, to explore physical and psychological traumas and thereby open up new perspectives on one's own life.

By turning your attention to yourself in the constellations, you can leave painful and unhappy patterns behind you and get out of negative situations in order to be ready for something new. In this way, your very own natural order can be restored and what has been lost can be reintegrated into the body - by looking at and resolving the hidden dynamics of illnesses and events.

01 The theory

The coaching is based on the identity-oriented psychotrauma theory (IoPT), which serves to uncover hidden feelings and old traumas and to process them emotionally. The concern method makes psychological realities visible, derives goals and focuses on resolving unconscious emotional conflicts.

02 Holistic effect

This will help you achieve inner peace, relaxation, strengthen your own self and confidently integrate the emotions you experience into your everyday life in order to sustainably promote your health at your own pace.

03 Careful handling

The method of raising concerns basically offers a protected framework. Through the therapeutic work of the IoPT and my additional practical methods, people are able to take self-determined developmental steps at their own pace.

Practical procedure: Phase 1

At the beginning of your work, you think of a topic, which can be a sentence, a sentence fragment or individual words.

The person submitting the request then writes his request on a whiteboard / flipchart.

The request should initially contain a maximum of 3 words.

The person who has the concern selects resonance givers/representatives (people in a group setting or various objects/figures in individual coaching) for all the words of the concern and gives the starting signal for the self-encounter process.

Phase 2

The person who raises the issue asks the first resonance giver of their choice to tell them what they experience and feel in the resonance. In a 1:1 setting, you enter into resonance with the word yourself, or I, as the therapist, actively take on the role of a word.

The resonance givers share their essence from the resonance experience. All participants are invited to communicate with each other.

In the group setting, I accompany the process in the background, provide impulses, ask questions from time to time and make sure that everyone involved remains emotionally stable and well involved in the process.

findings

Through this empathic way of establishing contact with oneself and thus also with traumatized levels of one's own psyche, a differentiated picture of one's physical and emotional structure emerges. As a rule, both healthy and traumatized parts and survival strategies with their very individual manifestations of thinking, feeling, seeing and behavior become visible.

The concern thus reflects an excerpt from the trauma biography with all its facets and effects on the personal health of the person setting up the constellation.

Depending on the issue, the client goes through deep emotional processes or gains new knowledge and insights about themselves on a more cognitive level.
